Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sliced chicken sausage, chopped broccoli, sliced bell peppers, and sliced mushrooms.
- Drizzle with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika, then mix well.
- Transfer the mixture onto a sheet pan, spreading it out evenly.
Cooking
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the sausage is glossy and roasted, and the vegetables are tender.
- If desired, shake the pan halfway through cooking for even roasting.
Notes
Store leftovers in a sealed container for 2-3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F until warmed through for best results.
