Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Wash and slice the peaches, removing the pits.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches with flour, ground cinnamon, sea salt, and honey (or your choice of sweetener). Toss gently to coat the peaches evenly.
- Pour the peach mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Crumble Topping
- In a separate bowl, mix the whole oats, flour, ground cinnamon, and sea salt.
- Stir in the melted coconut oil and honey (or sweetener). Mix until everything is combined and crumbly.
- Spread the crumble topping evenly over the peach filling in the baking dish.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the topping turns golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
- When done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature. Pairs well with dairy-free ice cream or yogurt. Drizzle with honey or serve with fresh mint leaves for added flavor.
